Electoral Literacy Club

Through the Electoral Literacy Club, the Election Commission of India aims to strengthen the culture of electoral participation among young and future voters. The ELC was established at Pavanatma College in 2022. Our main goal is to educate students about democratic values and electoral systems. Through diverse initiatives and activities, we aim to promote understanding of electoral procedures, rights, and duties. By nurturing a culture of electoral awareness and civic involvement, our aim is to equip students with the knowledge and confidence to participate actively in democratic processes. Ultimately, we seek to nurture a generation of voters who are not just aware of their rights but also dedicated to preserving our nation's democratic principles.
